DELIVERY LEAD TIM
For battery, 1 weeks or charger:2-3 weeks after order confirmation and after receipt of L/C or T/T payment.

MINIMUM ORDER :

If Order Amount is:
1.  Less than USD3,000.00, additional charge of USD150.00 will be imposed.
2.  Less than USD5,000.00, additional charge USD100.00 will be added.
3.  For battery, MOQ is 5 pcs per item or 20% surcharge will be required.
4 . For charger or adaptor , MOQ is 100(in stock)-500pcs per item or 20% surcharge will be required.

PAYMENT TERMS :
For order value above USD10,000.00, payment by irrevocable L/C at sight.
For order value under USD10,000.00, payment by T/T prior shipment.
1.  By irrevocable L/C at sight
USD250.00 will be raised if the L/C less than USD10,000.00.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION :
Goods shall by ready for inspection 2 working days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our China factory and customer's traveling expenses for this purpose is of customer's responsibility.

WARRANTY :

1.     Products returned within the warranty period must been SOSHINE number & date code and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid working will not be accepted.
2.     The product number and date code must be clearly readable and marked on the outside of the returned products.
3.     Returned products have to be sent by freight on quarterly.
4.     Replacement items will be sent out together with customer's next order shipment.
5.     80% credit of the current item selling price will be applied faulty items that cannot be repaired or rebuilt and condition that these products must be within the 6 months warranty period from delivery date.
